-July 12: The City of Eugene and the Lane Coalition for Healthy Active Youth (LCHAY) are hosting a free public open house in Eugene. There will be open discussions on the importance of place for healthy and sustainable living and the impact of “20 minute neighborhoods.” Click here for more info.

-July 14: Women’s Council of REALTORS® Greater Portland Area Chapter hosts the 4th Annual WCR Golf Tournament at the Charbonneau Golf Club from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. For more information, click here.

-July 21: Oregon Association of REALTORS® hosts the 2nd Annual Driving it Home Golf Tournament at Langdon Farms Golf Club from 11:45 a.m. For more information and to register, click here.

-July 29: East Metro Association of REALTORS® hosts Scramble “Fore” Scholarships, a golf tournament to benefit scholarships for high school seniors, at the Gresham Golf Course from 10:00 a.m. For more information and the player registration form, click here.

-July 30-31: Building Industry Association of Clark County hosts the Clark County Remodeled Homes Tour during the weekend of July 30 and 31. For more information and to purchase tickets, click here.

-June-September: Northwest Energy Star Homes is holding a “Welcome Home” $25,000 sweepstakes from June through September to stimulate home buying and generate more interest in touring and visiting homes. The $25,000 winner could use the money as a down payment or to purchase a new home (whether it’s an Energy Star home or not).
