Isn’t pretty common for showings to go down during the holidays? I would definitely like to see how many deals were closed over this same period, as opposed to how manySupra iBoxes were accessed. Let us know!
Hi Michael,
Yes, it is common for access to go down during the holidays. That’s why we used the term “holiday dive” so that people know it’s a decline during the holiday. We haven’t yet processed our closed figures for December yet, but those figures (sales included) will be released at the end of this week in our Market Action reports.
Thanks!
Kelsey,
Thanks for your quick reply. I was thinking further about the data that you guys have from the lockboxes and was wondering if in your data you have information on whether they are Supra iBoxes, or the newer model the Supra iBox BT. I know my association in San Diego has yet to convert to the new Supra iBox BT but was just curious what agents thought of it. Is there a big difference between the new lockbox or are the older used lockboxes basically the same thing. Let me know!
Michael
Hi Michael,
We actually don’t have the Bluetooth lockboxes in our market, just the standard iBoxes, so unfortunately I don’t have much information to offer there. And the statistics we receive from Supra are just the general access counts. Wish I could be of more help. Good luck!
Thanks,
Kelsey
