RMLS™ is preparing to release a new look for agent reports on Tuesday, June 16.
Among the most notable changes are information regarding price, beds/baths and total square footage will be at the top of the report, and that showing instructions will be in a text box in the upper-right area of the report.

Where do I find the Taxes, HOA info, Accessibility info, etc. The bottom of the page says page 1 of 3. Is that were the rest of the info is found? I guess we are not seeing the full print out.

It appears that the new format doesn’t include the levels the bathrooms are on. Appraiser’s use the information when valuing properties and may now need to contact the agents for the missing data.

After reviewing the new layout, I do not see where the listing agent has specified the title company and the title officer. One thing that has always been missing is the contact information for the escrow title officer. This would be a big help for a Buyer’s Agent to quickly send title the signed sale agreement.

Dear RMLS:
PLEASE do not remove the ‘Data Only’ option (agent report without photo). This report is ideal for buyers’ property tours and can be printed as ONE page (without a big new banner at the top) and with all the listing data that agents need while on the go touring.
So many changes lately.
Love that you are now showing “Bumpable” instead of BMP! Can you please also add what the price drop was when that happens? It would be nice to see that at the top when listings get re-emailed out. It tells us upfront why we are getting it again.
Thank you for the updates – I love the new layout! One small tweak I would like to see on the Agent Full report would be to remove the blue banner at the top to differentiate it from the client reports.
I really prefer the old version for agent Full, especially for multi-family listings. As professionals, I don’t think agents need the dumbed down look and feel so many ‘user-friendly’ websites have dictated, and the more data on one printable page (or shorter page for less scrolling) the better! Why do need to perpetuate all that pretty but otherwise useless color? Please consider saving it for the photos, and the clients, if you must.
Agreed. We don’t like to burn expensive ink on decorative blue banners.
Looks neat and definitely a re-training process to find the information in different places than uses to. Can we have less banners to print and smaller file sizes? I saved 12 comps with just one photo and the file size is 32 MB and won’t upload to the cloud, zipforms, my crm, because the file sizes are consistently too large. Never used to be that way.
Why are you changing the way things looked vs the way we are able to get information? Thanks for the confusing replacement of fields and information and I still need to use redfin.com to do quicker searches for property. When changes are made that don’t add value can you please have a link to use the old format?
