RMLS™ is excited to announce that our development team has started work on several projects which will be released on RMLSweb this spring.
On the surface these projects look very different, but as they require some bigger back-end changes to the website, we’ll be rolling them into one project that should make a big splash with RMLS™ subscribers once it all goes live.
COMING SOON/NO SHOWING STATUS
UPDATE (April 5, 2018): Read more details about Coming Soon/No Showing
Creation of a new listing status, Coming Soon/No Showing, was approved by the RMLS™ Board of Directors in September. This new status will mean changes to the RMLS™ Rules and Regulations as well as the Authorization to Exclude from MLS Addendum.
2017 FORMS CHANGE
UPDATE (April 5, 2018): Read more details about this year’s forms changes
RMLS™ will be rolling out the 2017 forms change, a regular improvement of the forms and fields on RMLSweb that are a direct result of input from RMLS™ subscribers.
Subscriber comments are given to the Forms Committee, then recommendations are approved by the RMLS™ board. This year’s changes were approved in November, and highlights include updated language to listing contracts, improved addendums, terminology changes, and some new features and small changes to other fields in RMLSweb.
UPDATE (April 5, 2018): Read more details about ShowingTime
ShowingTime is coming to RMLSweb! ShowingTime makes the scheduling of showings easy for everyone. RMLS™ subscribers can edit and control the showing schedule on their own listings, reducing calls and the inevitable phone tag. Using ShowingTime will be optional, so subscribers who would rather schedule showings offline will still be able to do so.
Watch RMLScentral and the RMLSweb desktop page in the coming weeks, as we’ll be discussing each piece of this larger project in more detail. If you have a question about any of these, leave it for us below!
Yeah! RMLS is the best multiple in the nation, certainly the region. Your forward thinking and subscriber engaging platform is a pleasure to operate. Thank YOU and all RMLS staff for what you do for US!
Great options I can’t wait to use.
I am thankful for the improvements and wonder if all the forms in our systems.. could have auto populate interconnectivity between venders allowed access to our systems? I mean by this the Zip Forms and the RMLS listing forms, residential information forms, listing contracts.. etc..
So if an agent ops to use the Zip form listing agreement and residential info form that the data entered will auto populate to all RMLS forms within the transaction. Same as for the RMLS form being able to populate the Zip Forms if they are used first.
Or mandate that a setup sheet with pertinent data will be used to auto populate all forms..ie: a master lookup transaction form?
Why do we want two form options that do not talk to each other thus increasing the need for double entry and increase human errors into our transaction files?
Just saying…forms should not be a burden.
I can’t wait for both these options, but Showing Time will really help. Does the product include the Call Center?
Hello James, For subscribers who want the Call Center feature, they will be able to upgrade their service for a monthly fee. The Showing Time integration into RMLSweb does not include the Call Center.
Sorry, this is nit picky but you do mean 2018 form changes, right?
Hello Daniela, This book of work could be referred to as the 2018 Forms Change project, as that is when the changes will be released. We called it the 2017 Forms Change project because these changes come from the recommendations of the 2017 RMLS™ Forms Committee.
Oh now I understand, thank you for the clarification!
Sounds great. I would also like to see a routing aspect for creating buyer tours. You could choose a meeting address and route from there.
Yea! Great changes!! Please, Please , Please consider getting us
access to 1004MC Form a tool that is invaluable to us as licensed Realtor’s
in using this to calculate accurately pricing and market trends for our listing and buyer clients
We know that appraisers use this and having gone to a recent education on this it will increase our ability to define our listings value beyond just doing a CMA.
Christine, thanks for the feedback, I will forward your comment on to our enhancement committee so it will be considered for future improvements.
