Activity shows increases in both states
When comparing the week of June 20 – June 26 with the week prior, the number of times an RMLS™ subscriber opened a Supra lockbox increased 8.3% in Washington and a 7.3% in Oregon.

-July 12: The City of Eugene and the Lane Coalition for Healthy Active Youth (LCHAY) are hosting a free public open house in Eugene. There will be open discussions on the importance of place for healthy and sustainable living and the impact of “20 minute neighborhoods.” Click here for more info.

-July 30-31: Building Industry Association of Clark County hosts the Clark County Remodeled Homes Tour during the weekend of July 30 and 31. For more information and to purchase tickets, click here.
-June-September: Northwest Energy Star Homes is holding a “Welcome Home” $25,000 sweepstakes from June through September to stimulate home buying and generate more interest in touring and visiting homes. The $25,000 winner could use the money as a down payment or to purchase a new home (whether it’s an Energy Star home or not).
