RMLS™ Events:

August 3: On August 3rd, RMLS™ will release many changes to its listing input forms and contracts. We’re even adding new Supplement Forms! The changes will require some additional time to update RMLSweb, so as a result RMLSweb will be in Maintenance Mode from 7 p.m. Tuesday, August 2, until 7 a.m. Wednesday, August 3. -June-September: Northwest Energy Star Homes is holding a “Welcome Home” $25,000 sweepstakes from June through September to stimulate home buying and generate more interest in touring and visiting homes. The $25,000 winner could use the money as a down payment or to purchase a new home (whether it’s an Energy Star home or not).
